Horst Arts & Music Festival 2023
On 5th, 6th & 7th May, Horst Arts & Music Festival Festival takes place in Vilvoorde. In collaboration with Keolis' "event-shuttle", Horst Arts & Music Festival sets up CITYSHUTTLES out of 14 locations. Book your tickets here and take the Cityshuttle to Horst Arts & Music Festival. An outward and return trip (within 24 hours of the departure) are included in your Event-Shuttle ticket.
At the day of departure, we ask you to be present at your bus stop 15 minutes in advance, so the bus can leave right on time. Please check our daily schedule of the buses.

The bus will leave the festival at 2.15 am sharp on Friday & Saturday. On Sunday the bus will leave the festival at 00.15 am sharp.
The Return trip is included in your shuttle ticket. The return trip is only valid within 24 hours after the departure of your outward journey.
If you use your ticket for the returntrip only you may want to inform us by mail so that we can inform the driver that you will only be present on the return trip!
Below you can find some points we would like to highlight:
- You don’t need to print your confirmation, a digital version is enough. Show it spontaneously to the bus driver.
- You can recognize the festival bus by the sign ‘CITY SHUTTLE HORST ARTS & MUSIC FESTIVAL
- Access will be granted with a valid confirmation only for that time and stop. It’s not possible to board at another time or another stop.
- Don’t leave anything behind on the bus, it’s possible you’ll have another vehicle for the return trip.

You should receive a confirmation in your mailbox emmidiately after purchasing your shuttle ticket (also check your spam box). If you haven’t received anything, please contact event-shutle@keolis.be and be sure to state your name, correct email address and date of festival attendance.
