Horst Arts & Music Festival 2024
On 9th, 10th & 11th May, Horst Arts & Music Festival Festival takes place in Vilvoorde. In collaboration with Keolis' "event-shuttle", Horst Arts & Music Festival sets up CITYSHUTTLES out of 11 locations. Book your tickets here and take the Cityshuttle to Horst Arts & Music Festival.
There are 2 types of shuttles. We have the city-shuttles from different cities in Belgium and we have the Brussels shuttles from 2 different locations within Brussels.
City shuttle tickets
always have the inbound and outbound trip (within 24 hours of the departure) included.
Brussels shuttle tickets
are always single transfer tickets, you can buy seperate INBOUND & OUTBOUND tickets. (there are 2 INBOUND time-slots with arrival in Horst at 13h30 or 15h30.)
At the day of departure, we ask you to be present at your bus stop 15 minutes in advance, so the bus can leave right on time. Please check our daily schedule of the buses.
The busses will leave the festival at 2.30 am sharp on Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
Below you can find some points we would like to highlight:
- You don’t need to print your confirmation, a digital version is enough. Show it spontaneously to the bus driver who will scann your ticket
- You can recognize the festival bus by the sign ‘CITY SHUTTLE HORST ARTS & MUSIC FESTIVAL
- Access will be granted with a valid confirmation only for that time and stop. It’s not possible to board at another time or another stop.
- Don’t leave anything behind on the bus, it’s possible you’ll have another vehicle for the return trip.

You should receive a confirmation in your mailbox emmidiately after purchasing your shuttle ticket (also check your spam box). If you haven’t received anything, please contact event-shuttle@keolis.be and be sure to state your name, correct email address and date of festival attendance.
