Horst Arts & Music Festival

On 14th, 15th & 16th May, Horst Arts & Music Festival takes place in Vilvoorde. In collaboration with Keolis' "event-shuttle", Horst Arts & Music Festival sets up CITYSHUTTLES. Book your tickets here and take the shuttle to Horst Arts & Music Festival.

There are 2 types of shuttles.  We have the daily city-shuttles from Ghent, Antwerp & Leuven, and we have the daily return transfers from the festival to Brussels 

CITY SHUTTLE 

always have the inbound & outbound trip (within 24 hours of the departure) included.

At the day of departure, we ask you to be present at your bus stop 15 minutes in advance, so the bus can leave right on time. Please check our daily schedule of the buses. 

The busses will leave the festival at 2.30 am sharp on Thursday, Friday & Saturday (Sunday morning).

BRUSSELS SHUTTLE

only single return transfer tickets towards Brussels center available !

The Brussels shuttles will leave the festival at 2.30 am sharp on Thursday, Friday & Saturday (Sunday morning).

Below you can find some points we would like to highlight: 

• You don’t need to print your confirmation, a digital version is enough. Show it spontaneously to the bus driver who will scan your ticket
• You can recognize the festival bus by the sign ‘CITY SHUTTLE HORST ARTS & MUSIC FESTIVAL 
• Access will be granted with a valid confirmation only for that time and stop. It’s not possible to board at another time or another stop.  
• Don’t leave anything behind on the bus, it’s possible you’ll have another vehicle for the return trip.

You should receive a confirmation in your mailbox emmidiately after purchasing your shuttle ticket (also check your spam box). If you haven’t received anything, please contact event-shuttle@keolis.be and be sure to state your name, correct email address and date of festival attendance.
