They brought the house down at just about every festival site and concert hall in Belgium and the Netherlands, filled a record number of Sportpaleizen and, almost single-handedly, put Dutch-language pop music on the map. There’s really no need to introduce Clouseau. ‘Daar Gaat Ze’, ‘Domino’, ‘Nobelprijs’, ‘En Dans’, ‘Vanbinnen’, ‘Vonken & Vuur’ and ‘De Tegenpartij’ are just a few of their classics. The band itself has now become legendary.

And yet there is one stage they have never graced. In fact, no Belgian artist has ever performed there. And so, next summer, the Flemish pop group will write themselves into the history books. Because on 4 August 2027, Clouseau will take to the stage at the King Baudouin Stadium, a fantastic concert arena that breathes music. The Rolling Stones, Céline Dion, U2, Madonna, Beyoncé, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran… they’ve all graced its stage over the past thirty years. But never before has a home-grown act taken to the stage there. Until now. A historic first that’s giving Koen and Kris Wauters quite a buzz.

Big stage. Big plans.

One of the greatest Dutch-language bands of all time is playing in Belgium’s biggest stadium. Anyone who’s seen Clouseau perform before knows what that means. A tireless, beaming Koen Wauters, an unflappable Kris Wauters on guitar and piano, a razor-sharp live band and a truckload of hits that make it impossible to sit still. On 4 August, they’ll be pulling off that feat all over again. But on a bigger scale. Much bigger. From a gigantic open-air stage in front of more than 55,000 ecstatic fans in the stands. One thing is certain: on 4 August 2027, you’ll experience a unique evening in Brussels.
